The SRAM XS‑797 T‑Type 7‑Speed Cassette is a purpose‑built downhill racing cassette engineered for SRAM’s Transmission T‑Type drivetrain system. Designed to deliver extremely tight gear progression, exceptional strength, and ultra‑precise shifting under load, this cassette gives gravity riders the gear range and performance needed for world‑class downhill runs and aggressive bike park laps.

Unlike traditional wide‑range mountain bike cassettes, the XS‑797 uses a 7‑speed gear set optimized for downhill. With close spacing from 10–24T, it keeps your cadence in the power band through technical sections, corners, and steep pitches where smooth acceleration and predictable shifts are critical.
